What you're buying

The ₹49 purchase is a one-time credit pack of 20 credits — not a subscription, and it does not auto-renew or expire on a fixed date. Each AI-powered generation (a full Fit Score + Roadmap + Playbook run, or a Resume Studio tailored build) uses credits from this pack. Find Jobs, and your first resume analysis, job search, and Resume Studio build on each resume, remain free and don't touch your credit balance.

Refund window

If you're unhappy with JobPlnr Pro, email support@jobplnr.com from your registered address within 7 days of purchase, and with no more than 5 of your 25 credits used, and we'll refund the full ₹49 to your original payment method via Razorpay — typically reflecting in 5–7 working days.

Note for the site owner: this "≤5 credits used" condition is a deliberate addition, not boilerplate copied from elsewhere — worth understanding why before you publish it. Each credit spent on a Fit Score/Roadmap/Playbook run or a tailored Resume Studio build genuinely costs you real Claude API money regardless of whether the customer later gets a refund (roughly ₹3–7 per credit depending on which feature). A no-questions-asked full refund with unlimited usage would mean someone could burn through most or all of 20 credits and still get their ₹49 back — a guaranteed loss on that customer. Capping refund eligibility to light/no usage is standard practice for credit-based digital products and is legally sound in India as long as it's clearly disclosed before purchase, which this page does. Adjust the "5 credits" threshold to whatever risk you're comfortable with — even "0 credits used" is a defensible, common policy for a ₹49 price point.

After the refund window, or after 5 credits used

Because credits don't expire, there's no forced "use it or lose it" pressure — but once you're past the 7-day window or have used more than 5 credits, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This reflects that most of the ₹49 has likely already gone toward generating the results you asked for.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your credits weren't added to your account, it usually auto-reverses within 5–7 working days. If not, send your payment ID to support@jobplnr.com and we'll fix it or refund immediately. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full, regardless of credit usage.

Cancellation

There's no subscription to cancel — this is a one-time purchase. Your license key and remaining credits stay valid indefinitely; there's nothing that lapses or auto-renews.
